1. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1.1. Contest period: The contest begins on April 12, 2019 and ends on April 22, 2019. There is a prize to be won among customers who complete the survey. Customers are automatically entered into the Contest – Customer Satisfaction Survey (“Contest”) when they have completed their satisfaction questionnaire.
1.2. How to participate ? To register, participants must be or have been customers of Formation Construction and respond to the satisfaction survey via this link. When the participant completes his survey, his name is automatically entered into the contest. Limit of one entry per person.
1.3. No Purchase Necessary: Although internet access and email is required to enter the contest, no purchase is necessary. You must first have already purchased a training course to participate.
1.4. Awarding of prizes: Subject to the rules and regulations of the contest, all respondents who have completed the survey will receive an email confirming their entry into the contest. The winner will be randomly selected with professional software designed for this purpose.
2. PRICE
2.1. Prize: One (1) prize of $500 in cash will be awarded to one of the survey participants after a random draw. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or transfers will be permitted. Winners are solely responsible for any other expenses not specifically mentioned as included in the prize. This contest is subject to the Official Rules and Regulations and any federal, provincial or local law collectively (“Rules and Regulations”).
2.2. Draw: The draw will take place on April 24, 2019. Here is the start and end date of the contest: Start of the contest: April 12, 2019 End of the contest: April 22, 2019 Date of the prize draw: April 24, 2019. The draw will be held at 10:00 am (am). The winner will be chosen at random using a professional automated system and the decision will be final and without appeal. Within ONE (1) week of the contest draw, Formation Construction will contact the potential winner by phone or email to the email account/email address used to enter the contest. The potential winner will have a period of SEVEN (7) business days after being contacted by email (or by telephone) (the “Contact Period”) to communicate with Formation Construction by email (or by telephone) using the email address (or phone number) provided. In the event that the potential winner does not respond by the end of the contact period or if the potential winner does not comply with the above requirements, such potential winner will be deemed to have waived his rights to claim his Prize and Formation Construction will then have the right to select another potential winner from the remaining valid entries. Before being declared a winner, any entry form selected must be verified by Formation Construction and if the mandatory questions are properly completed, the form will be valid. Formation construction reserves the right to request proof of age and proof that the winner has complied with the official contest rules before awarding the Prize. All decisions made by Formation Construction regarding this contest will be final and without appeal for all participants.
2.3 Claiming the Prize: The winner may choose to present himself at the company’s address or to receive his prize by mail. In the case of mailing, a check will be sent in the name of the winner.
2.4 Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received during the selected period.
3. GENERAL RULES
3.1 The price request may be subject to identity verification by Formation Construction or their designated representatives.
3.2 Eligibility: The contest is open to all current Formation Construction customers who have previously purchased training with us.
3.3 To be eligible for the competition, all mandatory survey questions must have been completed. Any attempt to enter the contest other than as described in these rules is void.
3.4 Training Construction is the sole and definitive source of reference for the validation of the price request.
3.5 All surveys and entries become the property of Formation Construction. Formation Construction is not responsible for surveys misdirected, not received, destroyed or delayed for any reason whatsoever.
3.6 Liability: Formation Construction cannot be held responsible for any defective computer part, software or link, for the loss or absence of the ability to communicate, or for any transmission by a computer or by a network which is defective. , incomplete, incomprehensible or deleted and which makes a participant ineligible for the contest. The entrant and/or winner assumes all responsibility for any damage caused or deemed to be caused by participating in the contest and/or by the acceptance or use of any awarded prize or related travel, including, without limit, damages or claims for bodily injury or damage to property.
3.7 Confidentiality: Any personal information provided by participants to Formation Construction or its affiliates will be subject to the Formation Construction confidentiality policy. Thus, except where prohibited by law: the (1) participation and/or acceptance of a winner of a Prize constitutes permission for Formation Construction to use the following information about the winner: name, (city and/or or state or province), photo, biographical information, declaration, for publications on the website, Facebook or others in connection with Formation Construction and this in perpetuity, without notice or additional compensation from the contest or the prize awarded. Formation Construction has the right to modify, change, adapt, electronically modify, use, assign and/or dispose of all surveys in any way and for any purpose without notice to the participant or any third party.
3.8 Contest rules: Formation construction reserves the right to modify or revise any contest rules. Except as specifically specified in the Contest Rules, prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city and province and/or their photo, without compensation, in any subsequent advertising or promotion conducted by Formation Construction. By entering this contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and Formation Construction decisions, which are considered final.
3.9 Residents of Quebec: a dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
3.10. This contest, survey, as well as the rules, are only available in French.
