Subclass 8.0

This subclass authorizes construction work relating to doors, windows, glazed curtain walls as well as similar or related construction work.

Additional explanations

This subclass includes in particular construction work relating to:

• skylights;
• at the storefronts;
• the tympanic panels;
• motorized closures (door openers, etc.);
• to industrial doors;
• to the canopies;
• opening and closing mechanisms;
• to door handles and locks;
• caulking.

NB: The following products are considered as replacement materials for glass when they are part of a curtain wall: aluminum panel, granite.

NO LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR WORK:

• installation of decorative shelves, small mirrors and bathroom accessories (soap dish, towel bar, mirrors), vertical and horizontal blinds, draperies, curtains, venetian;
• mosquito net repair;
• replacement of door handles or locks, individually, in an existing building.
