1. Change your license : V You must enter the license number, r fill
the mandatory declaration of the director(s) and register and the news
information to add the subcategory. Attention, before sending
your request, check that all sections are correctly r filled, that
the necessary documents are attached and that the formal declaration and the
annexes are signed.
2. T priority processing : If you pay for priority processing e, your
file will be taken care of before the others. V You are not eligible for
priority treatment if you need to e assess your skills with
examinations or by presenting a file pr professional. Additionally, if your
file does not meet the conditions for issuing a license (Articles 58
and 60 of the Building Act), or if he requests a more in-depth analysis,

6. Means of evaluation : To find out more about the means of evaluation,
visit the www .rbq.gouv .qc.ca/evaluation.
7. Examination : If you choose this method of evaluation, the RBQ will send the
directing a written summons specifying the date, time and the place of
exams. When the license application is filed, the manager must be
ready to take exams. No r Exam transfer is not allowed. Consult

8. Training to recognize e : If you choose this method of evaluation,
youmust enclose a copy of the diploma or certificate in the field
in which the ruler asks for recognition. Consult the

of the manager is recognized by the RBQ.
9. Professional file : If you choose this means of evaluation, you
must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that the executive
athe knowledge and skills required for each area and for

10. Skills already r recognized : Under certain conditions, the manager
may be exempted from taking an exam to be answering on a
license if his skills have already been recognized by the RBQ in the
5last years. To find out if he is eligible, see the

11. Sentence of imprisonment : The sentence of imprisonment includes the sentence
served in a detention facility, the intermittent sentence (prison
deend of the week) and the suspended sentence (house arrest).
12. Pr ector : At the end of a money lending contract, you must identify all
lenders, other es that banking institutions, credit unions and
credit unions, insurance companies and trust companies
or savings. In addition, this provision does not apply to customer accounts of
suppliers of services and materials, advances from shareholders,
lines and credit cards, or cr lease edits.
