Sub-category 1.3<\/h1>\n

This subclass authorizes construction work on any building, including those in subclass 1.2, and construction work on inflatable structures referred to in paragraph 2 of section 3.4 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Act respecting building.<\/p>\n

It also authorizes construction work relating to a new residential building referred to in this sub-category, but only if the work is carried out as a subcontractor on behalf of the holder of subclass 1.1.1 or of the sub-category. category 1.1.2.<\/p>\n

In addition, this subclass authorizes construction work included in subclasses 2.6, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1 and 6.1 of appendix II, when it concerns a building or an inflatable structure referred to in this subclass. .<\/p>\n

Finally, it authorizes similar or related construction work.<\/p>\n

This general contractor can tender, carry out or have carried out all the construction and renovation works of buildings \/ houses of any kind, that is to say residential, commercial, industrial, public whose construction standards are found, except for agricultural buildings and other exemptions, in parts 3 to 6 of the National Building Code as amended by Chapter I of the Quebec Construction Code.<\/p>\n
