General contractor license<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As a general contractor you will be able to coordinate the construction work carried out by yourself, your employees or subcontractors.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of this work within the framework of projects bringing together several specialties of trades in the field of construction.<\/p>\n

You will be allowed to tender<\/strong> , at\u00a0execute<\/strong>\u00a0 or to\u00a0to execute<\/strong> construction work included in your general contractor’s license.<\/p>\n

Usually, a general contractor performs or has performed general work such as building a house or erecting a transmission line.<\/em><\/p>\n

The general contractor can, if he wishes, never carry out construction work. <\/em><\/p>\n

He may, in fact, be content with organizing a site and coordinating the work carried out by sub-contractors, who may be either general contractors or specialized contractors. <\/em><\/p>\n
