Recognize the experience acquired outside of construction to integrate the industry<br \/>\n<\/strong>This measure is intended to allow the issuance of an apprentice competency certificate, under certain conditions, to any person who submits a relevant file for the recognition of professional experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 2. Allow work on site during studies<br \/>\n<\/strong>The main objective of this measure is to enhance vocational or technical training programs with apprenticeship acquired on site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 3. Foster entrepreneurial succession<br \/>\n<\/strong>Each employer will be able to obtain two exemptions from the employer&#8217;s child competency certificate, instead of one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 4. Facilitate the entry of graduates into certain specialized occupations<br \/>\n<\/strong>This measure will allow the issuance of an occupation competency certificate to graduates of the following programs without having to undergo the practice of access to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccq.org\/fr-CA\/qualification-acces-industrie\/certificat-competence\/occupation#tds-ccgic-ti-ccgic\">CCGIC<\/a> course and the draw:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Surveying instrument attendant<\/li>\n<li>Blaster-driller<\/li>\n<li>Diver (professional diver)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 5. Accelerate access to journeyperson status for graduates<br \/>\n<\/strong>From April 26, the apprentice will get an hour and a half for each hour of the initial training course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 6. Speed up obtaining journeyperson status for all apprentices<br \/>\n<\/strong>This measure will allow the apprentice to take the qualification examination as soon as he reaches 85% of his apprenticeship hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 7. Allow the hiring of a greater number of apprentices<br \/>\n<\/strong>Under certain conditions, each journeyman employed may have two apprentices under his supervision rather than one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEASURE 8.
