Subclass 1.9<\/h1>\n

Subject to the second paragraph of article 6 of this by-law, this subclass authorizes construction work relating to the mechanics of a building, of equipment intended for public use or of an engineering work. civil work, such as heating, ventilation, refrigeration, plumbing, fire protection and their control systems, as well as insulation and emergency power supply work.<\/p>\n

It also authorizes construction work included in a subclass of Schedule III that is not already authorized by the first paragraph, when this work is part of a project relating to the mechanics of a building, of a equipment intended for public use or for civil engineering work.<\/p>\n

Finally, it authorizes similar or related construction work.<\/p>\n

Generally, this contractor organizes and coordinates the execution of the work mainly included in section 15 of the Normative Directory, as a subcontractor for a general contractor or a general owner-builder.<\/p>\n
