This subclass authorizes construction work relating to concrete formwork for the foundations and foundation walls of buildings referred to in part 9 of the National Building Code – Canada 1995 (CNRC 38726F), as adopted by chapter I of the Construction Code, without regard to the exemptions provided for in section II of the Regulation respecting the application of the Building Act, and other concrete works, concreting, reinforcement and concrete finishing, as well as similar or related construction work.<\/p>\n
This subclass is fully included in subclass 3.1.<\/p>\n
This subclass includes in particular construction work relating to:<\/p>\n
NB: The work of the concrete contractor does not include excavation work, the installation of drains, waterproofing of the foundations as well as connection work to the sewer and waterworks, etc.<\/p>\n
